Our ‘Turn Key Project’ service includes: assessments, design, manufacturing and installation of all required equipment. The typical process follows a four-stage method:
Definition
Our team works with you to understand your requirements, and after a site survey and analysis of your current setup, we will propose various concepts that provide the right solution to your business needs and budget.
Design
During the design phase, one of our experienced project managers will work closely with you to create the right solution and detail the work scope, specifications, and timescales.
Manufacture
Once your design has been approved, we will then move into the manufacturing of your equipment. Produced in-house, at our state of the art facility by our experienced team. Before moving to the installation phase, a full range of quality, hygiene, and safety checks are carried out.
Delivery
The project and site manager will then work closely with you to ensure your new equipment’s safe and successful installation. Follow up reviews are carried out after successful completion, to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards are consistently met.
