A leading UK snacks manufacturer approached Aqualine by Alway to resolve a persistent issue in one of their high-traffic process areas. The walls along the production floor were being damaged by frequent pallet truck impact, creating maintenance challenges and compromising hygiene standards.
Our client needed a durable, hygienic, and easy-to-clean kerbing solution that would not only protect the walls but also create a sealed floor-to-wall transition suitable for a food-grade environment.
Following a site survey by our specialist team, we recommended and supplied our Grade 316 Stainless Steel Clip-On Kerb – AQC3. This product was chosen for its superior corrosion resistance, impact protection, and food-safe finish – ideal for wet-wash and high-hygiene environments such as snack and food production facilities.
