Design and Installation for Cheese Manufacturer

The national cheese manufacturer, known for producing iconic British cheeses, was investing in its production output and storage capacity by expanding its existing manufacturing facilities. The project required a partner capable of designing, manufacturing and installing high-quality, cost-effective stainless steel solutions.

The project required over 230m of double-sided, single-sided, clip-on kerbing, 20m of floor drainage channels, and 20m of underground stainless steel pipework.

Design

Our design team designed the equipment required in collaboration with the client to their exact specification.

A particular focus was placed on durability and food safety due to the high-traffic food-grade environment in which this equipment was used.

Manufacture

These designs were passed on to Aqualine by Alway’s manufacturing and project management teams, allowing the equipment to be put into production and the planning to be completed for the installation phase. 

All of Aqualine by Alway’s products are made at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the East Midlands and undergo a rigorous quality control process to ensure they meet the design and durability requirements of the project.
